Moore House

Interior design, Residential

This 1970's rural bungalow has been dramatically restructured to create a home for modern family living. The interior of the original house has been extensively refurbished to provide larger bedrooms and ensuite facilities.

A large open plan extension to the rear of the dwelling creates a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area which extends onto terraces leading to expansive gardens. The spacial quality of the extended living area is further enhanced by the high vaulted ceiling with exposed oak trusses.

Full height windows offer spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and distant coastline. The vernacular character of the house is reinforced by the roughcast finish to external walls and stone clad chimney.
